Membership Plans

Be sure to read each membership plan and find the plan that is right for your needs. In the long run it may be cheaper to go with a more expensive plan than to get a lesser plan and incur extra fees because your plan doesn't cover the equipment or issues you are having.
Membership plans begin at the 1st of every month and payment on these plans are due by the 5th day of each month. Make all checks & money orders payable to Steve Graves. You can drop your checks, money orders and cash off at the All State Real Estate main office ATTN: Steve Graves or you can mail them to Steve Graves 1453 NW Fairmount St Roseburg Oregon 97470

Please read each rateplan carefully, some plans are better for other people as there usually isnt a standard set of issues for one group of users.

Basic Coverage Plan $25.00/mo - Basic Coverage Plan allows a client to have up to 3 hours of work covered to them each month. Often most computer problems take less than one hour to fix. This plan is great of the single PC user that may run into and emergency problem here and there, or have bought a new computer or program that they need help installing. It also covers any troubles that a person may be having with the Internet or email services covered. A bulleted list of exact coverage below:

Extended Basic Coverage Plan $30.00/mo -This plan is the same as the Basic Coverage Plan but with an added cost for anyone that is outside of the local Roseburg Area. This cost covers fuel and drive time. Anyone outside of the extended Roseburg Area (Myrtle Creek, Sutherlin, Canyonville, & Roseburg) are subject to a $1.00 per mile charge.

Standard Plan $30.00/mo - Standard Plan covers up to 6 hours of work done. This plan is tailored to the user on the go that exposes their PC to the internet constantly. Simple Internet travel can harm a computer with viruses, spyware and malware. Often these programs are downloaded on their own without the knowledge of the user and start to reduce the productivity of the computer quickly. Pop-ups etc are all signs of malware and spyware programs. A bulleted list of exact coverage is found below:
